I’m excited to report that Black Ice, the sequel to Virgin Snow, and the second book in the Buffalo Trilogy, is available online (Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Bookshop.org, etc)!
I appreciate the convenience of Ebooks and Audiobooks, but isn’t it great sometimes, to hold a real paperback book in your hands? I encourage everyone who has a bookstore near you, to please support these wonderful places. If they don’t have the book in stock (several places have already sold out) they will be happy to order it for you. Just ask!
Over the coming months I have a number of appearances where I’ll be signing books, doing readings and answering questions from readers. For a complete list of upcoming events, stay tuned to this page! I will update it each time the calendar fills in.
I have a special place in my heart for Book Clubs! I’ve met with many now, and have learned that my two books generate interesting and sometimes passionate discussion at the meetings. If your book club would like to discuss Black Ice or Virgin Snow with me, either virtually or in person, contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
I also enjoy speaking to larger groups and have spoken at history museums, cultural clubs, the Chautauqua Institution, bookstores, and at universities. If you are interested in having me speak to your group, contact me.

October 10, 2026: Angola Public Library, 34 North Main Street, Angola, NY, from 1 pm until 2 pm. I will do a reading and sign books along with Doreen Gallagher Regan, co-author of Historic Places of Buffalo and Western New York, local history, non-fiction.
October 24, 2026: Join me for “Coffee and Conversations” with other local authors at the Body Essential Wellness Center, 5225 Sheridan Dr, Williamsville, NY, 14221. The event is part of a holiday fair that will go from 10 am to 3 pm.
November 28, 2026: The Bookworm, 34 Elm St, East Aurora, NY from 11 am until 1 pm. Come visit me at this cozy place as the holiday season gets underway and find the perfect gifts for the readers in your life!
April, 25, 2027: Kensington Day of the Book. One of the largest book fairs in Maryland. More details soon.
June 3, 2027: Amherst Book Review, Rizotto’s Restaurant, 930 Maple Road, Williamsville, NY. This club was formed 75 years ago! The review begins at 11:30 am followed by lunch at 12:30 pm.
July 1, 2027: Burchfield Penney Book Club, 1300 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo, NY. 6:30 pm.
